Greek Yogurt Smash
This is one of my main snacks that I cant get enough of. The taste of the bananas with the yougurt is TASTY and the crunch of the almonds is yummy as fuck. Here is how I make this.
- Ingredients
- Plain unsalted almonds
- Plain non fat Greek Yougurt.
- 1 Banana
It really does not matter how much yougurt or almonds you put in this. You will figure it out over time. Anyways just add yogurt to your bowl, cut banana into small slices. You can smash the banana and mix it to make it TASTY. Then simply add your almonds. Mix and enjoy.
Water
I know what you are thinking. Water as a snack? I didnt know where to put this at but hey it is what it is. Anyways water is awesome. It keeps you hydrated and it helps you lose weight. 99% of what I drink is water and the rest is tea. Ill add my favorite tea here as well.

It really is just water. Either from your kitchen sink, the hose or bought at the store. Its all water. So drink up ehh. Also I do not play Pokemon. Maybe ill have time later in life to pick that up.
Protein Bars
Everyone here has their guilty pleasure. These bars are mine. I get them from costco for 20 bucks.
Japanese Sweet Potato
What can I say? The taste, texture and smell are so dam TASTY!. You can cook this any way you want. However I go for the air fryer to get them nice a crispy. I like these over the traditional sweet potato because it does not get all mushy.
