Eggs n Oats Scramble
This meal is packed with protein. I love the flavor and texture of this fancy dish. You can eat this anytime during the day. I choose to eat this during breakfast time.
Ingredients
- 5 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Oats
- Ground pepper
- Mozzarella shredded cheese
First thing you do is heat up your pan. You want your pan hot enough so nothin sticks. While thats goin crack the eggs into a bowl and scramble them. Add pepper and mix then add the cheese. Add the oats and mix it up real good.
Check to see if your pan is hot enough you can put your hand over it to check.
Then pour your eggs mixture on the pan. You should hear cracklin noises.
This is a good thing. Now start mixing with a spatchula. Make sure to keep
mixing so that you dont burn your eggs. Once you see that the eggs are done
put it on a plate of your choice. I like using paper so I dont have to do the
dishes later.
Eat and enjoy!
Beans and Broccoli
This dish is what I like to eat for lunch. The beans taste great and the broccoli is TASTY. This also packs a good amount of protein and fiber.
- Ingredients
- Great Northern Beans
- Garlic
- Red Onion
Fill up a pot with water and fill it with 4 cups of beans. Set the heat to boil. Once the water boils set the heat to medium-high. You want a steady boil to cook the beans. Add chopped garlic for taste and cut the onion in half "or less ". Put the onion in the pot. Let it cook for about one hour and a half to two hours. You can taste the bean to see if it is soft enough for your taste.
Once finished you can either take out the onion or leave it. I take it out since it takes me about 4 to 5 days to eat all of it. Let the pot cool off for a few hours and toss it in the fridge. BAM you got beans for the rest of the week. About that broccoli..... just wash it, cut it and eat it as a side or even as a snack. Broccoli is good for you.
Barf
Its not really barf it just looks like it.
- Ingredients
- Firm Tofu
- Pinto and Great Northern Beans
- Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Paprika and Onion powder
This dish is pretty simple to make. However you need to have a pot of the beans already cooked. First you crumble up the tofu in a bowl mix the desired amout of spices and throw it into a heated pan. Stir it up until nice and hot and throw in your beans. Once the whole dish is hot enough serve it on a paper plate or dish.
This is one of my favorite dishes because its packed full of protein and fiber. It also tastes great paired with some sweet potatoe and a hot cup of green tea.
Scrambled Eggs and Spinach
Mmmm Spinach, its TASTY when scrambled with Eggs. Paired with sourdough bread and avocado it makes the PERFECT breakfast.
- Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- Handfull of spinach
- toasted sourdough
- avocado
Like all of my dishes here it is pretty simple to make. You heat up the pan until its nice and hot. Scramble your eggs and toss them into the pan. Put spinach on top, wait a minute or two and use your spatchula to comb around the edges, work your way around and fold it in half. Press down on the eggs so that the uncooked portion comes out. Flip it over and press again. Once finished take off the pan and serve.
Get that toast ready and spread that TASTY avocado.
